Welcome to Skylarks. We are a Year 1&2 class that loves to work together as a team. 

Our class teacher is Miss Phillips and Miss Walker is our Teaching Assistant who supports our learning.

Each day, children need to bring in their book bag, including their reading book and reading record, and a water bottle. ​

We have PE on Tuesday and Thursday. Please ensure children come already dressed for PE.

Year 1 have forest school on Monday afternoons with Mrs McKenzie. Named wellies can be left at school during term time to ensure children have suitable footwear. 

Homework is given out on Fridays and is given in the following Wednesday. Children should also be reading their given phonics reading book daily with a grown-up recording it in their reading records including a note about how they got on. This helps us understand if there are any particular strengths or difficulties that have developed over the week.
